The Original Electrical contractor who was awarded the project unfortunately went into receivership 40% through the project. This is when Raston Group was engaged by Taylor Construction to provide and complete a full electrical turnkey solution on a D&C basis.

Considering the tight time constraints and unforeseen workmanship by the previous contractor Raston Group managed to meet strict handover dates and deliver the project successfully, safety and compliant to the client.

Haven Apartments Consisted of 80 luxury apartments with high end finishes within a 10 floor tiered tower as well as 4 retail tenancies and 3 levels of underground car parking.
A new substation was installed onsite and all Power, lighting and communications services throughout.
