Raston Group were engaged by Taylor construction to provide the electrical services associated with this new construction project. Bupa St Ives is a 98-bed facility that requires a complete turnkey electrical installation from onsite substation on the busy Mona Vale Road to specialised electrical, communications, access control/security systems and dry fire services throughout the facility.

The project was taken on, on a design and construct (D&C) basis and will be executed as a specialised fit-for-purpose facility under the guidelines of the client, Bupa. Working closely with the builder, Taylor Constructions, and the telecommunications/technology provider, Total Communications, will see this concept grow into a complete and fully functioning facility.
