Raston Group were engaged by Graphite Projects to provide the electrical services associated with the Refurbishment of the Mezzanine floor at No1 Martin Place.
The refurbishment had significant constraints on-site access for deliveries and its location within an operational environment required detailed methodologies to mitigate noise, dust and impact to base building services and operations. Raston Group worked closely with the lighting Consultants and project team to install a new KNX Lighting Control system. Custom Light fittings were designed and installed which involved approval from the designer.
Power and Lighting Floor boxes were installed throughout to allow flexibility in the space. Lighting was installed into mobile joinery units and the team worked closely with the joinery contractor to ensure smooth operation.
Raston Group also upgraded submains to existing and new Switchboards and completed power installation to the new café and throughout.
KNX lighting Control was also integrated with the audio visual system.
